We have five, 10 week sessions a year:

December 22, 2025 to January 3, 2026 - Two week break.
January 5, 2026 Winter
March 16, 2026 Spring

*Please note: to adhere to safe distancing requirements, there may be caps on how many students may register for each in-house class.
Scheduled workshops may supersede
some Saturday & Sunday classes.

The Rochester Tai Chi Chuan Center teaches a number of styles of Tai Chi Chuan, but currently offers two entry level paths: William C. C. Chen’s Tai Chi Chuan and the Mainland 24 Tai Chi Chuan.

Internals: Taiji and qigong for internal cultivation
The cultivation of life-force energy is emphasized in this new class and is a continuation and deepening of the Qigong and Refinements classes taught by Master Kathy Gill.Each class begins with a stillness meditation. We regularly include the oldest known qigong, the Taoist Animal Frolics, and selections vary by season.
